A member is a person that has registered on a forum. It is usually beneficial for a guest to become a member if they intend to post or use the forum more than once.

Members have access to profile and notification options that are unavailable to guests. Members can also be placed in membergroups, made moderators or administrators, and given special permissions.

Members can receive forum e-mails, and post new topics. There are also some additional benefits that may be available by becoming a member of a forum.

There are only six member designations on this board. Basically, after 10 post, all members will have the same privledges, regardless of the number of post.

1. Guest: A visitor that can only read content without making any type of post or read a profile.
2. Junior member: A new member with less then 10 post. Some restrictions will apply to contend with spamers and trouble makers.
3. Full Member: After only 10 post. Full board priviledges.
4: Patron: A member who has made a financial donation. Recognition only. No special privledges.
5. Sponsor: A merchant who has something to sell. They have paid a fee to advertise on this board.
6. Senior Advisor: This is an honarary title bestowed upon a member by virtue of their vast knowledge of Delray history.
